Nu Trade Windows and Doors Ltd hereby offers the following guaranteed terms in relation to all installations.

Window and door frames are guaranteed against defective workmanship and/or defective materials for a period of 10 years starting from the installation completion date.

Sealed units are guaranteed against defective workmanship and/or defective materials for a period of 5 years starting from the installation completion date.

Fascias, soffits, barge boards, guttering, locks, handles and other moving parts are guaranteed against defective workmanship and/or materials for a period of 1 year starting from the installation completion date.

Conservatory bases are guaranteed against defective workmanship and/or materials for a period of 5 years starting from the installation completion date.

The following exclusions apply to the Guarantee;
1. This guarantee does not cover any accidental damage (including glass breakage), blockages, wear and tear, misuse of the product and any faults associated to condensation.

2. This guarantee does not cover any problems associated with fading or discoloration.

3. This guarantee does not cover any problems associated with the penetration of insects, misting and mold growth.

4. This guarantee does not cover any problem in the event the consumer fails to adequately maintain the product or misuses the product.

5. The guarantee also excludes damage caused by adverse weather or other Acts of God.

The choice of whether materials are either repaired or replaced is at the sole discretion of the Installing Company. This guarantee should be retained and kept in a safe place for future reference.
Cosmetic deterioration to handles, letter plates and door handles etc. due to general wear and tear are not covered by this guarantee.

All guarantees are given in good faith. However, if it is deemed after a visit from a company representative that our product has been misused, tampered, or damaged in any way etc, we will render the guarantee null and void, leaving any remedial work to be carried out at a pre-arranged fee, which shall be payable before any work commences.

If you have any problems following your installation, please contact our office at the above address. The company will endeavor to rectify any issues within TWO weeks of contact from the customer.
